Early Voting Winding Down; 796 Have Voted in Shelby County

We're down to the last two days of early voting for the March 4 Party Primary Election, and when polls closed for the day Wednesday there had been 796 vote in Shelby County so far, with 705 of those voting Republican.

 

In San Augustine County there have been 275 cast ballots in San Augustine and Broaddus since Feb. 18, of which 193 are Republican.

 

In Shelby County, you can cast ballots from 8 to 4:30 today & Friday at the county clerk’s office on the south-side of the Center Square.

 

In San Augustine County, you can vote early from 8 to 4 through Friday at Election Administrator Deborah Woods’ office in the El Camino Justice Center, and from 9 to 4 at the Broaddus Community Center.

 

Don't forget, you must have a photo ID in order to vote early and in person March 4.
