Tonight, the Timpson ISD Board of Trustees will be meeting in regular session at 6:30, and among their agenda items for consideration and possible approval will be calling for a trustee election for May 10 to fill two board positions; consider a resolution between Timpson ISD and City of Timpson to have one common polling place in the high school gym foyer for the election; and appointment of election judges and clerks.

n addition, trustees may ratify a donation to the district; submit to TEA low attendance waiver request and possible approval of the band trip.

In addition, Timpson school trustees will consider approval of Athletic Director James Conway’s contract, administrator contracts, and evaluation of Superintendent, Dr. Mid Johnson.

Prior to Tuesday’s night meeting, board members will be served a meal prepared by the high school staff for board appreciation at 5:30.
