The Shelby County Chamber of Commerce Shelby Beautiful Clean Committee is saying some 4-thousand pounds of paper was shredded during last Friday’s shredding day. Despite the winter weather, organizers say the event went over very well.

During Saturday’s Electronic Recycling Day there was such a tremendous response, a second18-wheeler trailer had to be called in to haul-off items from the Center Square. The chamber is calling it a HUGE success.
