Center Volunteer Firefighters battled a house fire on Farm-To-Market Road 4326 yesterday afternoon a little after 1:30.  It took firemen a couple of hours to get the blaze under control.  The house was destroyed.  No one was injured.  Fire officials are still investiagating what may have caused the fire.
