A drawing was held Wednesday for a $1,000 pre-paid Visa Card, as fundraiser for the Panola College Foundation. Winner was Becky Anderson of Carthage. The winning ticket was sold by Panola College Foundation Board member Wanda Hanszen. Panola College Vice President of Institutional Advancement, Dr. Van Patterson wished to thank all the foundation’s board members for their hard work. Patterson said the college is also thankful for the support shown by the community, faculty, staff and students at Panola College, in addition to Farmers State Bank for sponsoring the fundraiser.
