Center ISD has been issued two bonds totaling around 30 million dollars. The school system plans to use around a third of that amount on the F. L. Moffett Primary School. Center Broadcasting Company met with Center ISD Superintendent Dr. James Hockenberry to learn more about the expansions and improvements that will be done at F.L. Moffett.
