Alexander Nathan Barter a Joaquin man who was arrested on child exploitation charges was indicted by the Grand Jury for the attempted sexual performance of a child and possession of child pornography on November 14, 2018, in Beaumont, Texas. His case is based in Lufkin and he is still under a review for mental competency.
