LSU bomb threat caller indicted

The man accused of calling in the LSU bomb threat on Monday has been indicted by a federal grand jury.  According to sources, William Bouvay, 42, of Baton Rouge, was charged with willfully conveying false information by attempting to destroy property by means of explosives.  If convicted, this charge carries a sentence of 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.  The case is being investigated is by several local, state and federal agencies and being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Frederick A. Menner, Jr.
