The Shelby County Commissioners Court met today 10-24-18 at 9:30 a.m. at the active Shelby County Courthouse and took the following actions:

 

They approved and paid weekly expenses.

 

They took action to recognize the Fiscal Year 2018 Fund Cash Balances for Precincts 1,2,3,4 and adjust the Fiscal Year 2019 Budgeted Fund Carryover and adjust the Fiscal Year 2019 Expense Budget for each precinct as needed.

They took action to approve the Fiscal Year 2018 Budget Line Item Transfers.

They discussed approving a temporary clerk for Justice of the Peace Pct. 3.  Instead, they will have the Justice of the Peace Pct 1. clerk help out as needed.  

 

They discussed and tabled taking action on a tract of land that was deeded to the County by the Albert Burns Estate on November 2, 2011.
