91L likely to affect the Gulf Coast as a hurricane or tropical storm

There is strong model agreement between the weather projection groups in the US and European that 91L will become a named storm approaching the Central Gulf Coast later next week. As it approaches the Gulf it could be a Cat 1 hurricane and impact land in the Panhandle of Florida and follow a path up the East Coast of the US.  Dumping lots more rain over that area
