Abigail Hooper was crowned the 2018 East Texas Poultry Festival Queen at the 42nd Annual ETPF Queen’s Scholarship Pageant held Saturday, September 29th. First runner up was announced to be Caroline Scull and second runner up was Kalei LaRock.
