Notice is hereby given that a Special meeting of the Governing body of the Shelby County Commissioners’ Court and will be held on the 26th day of September, 2018 at 9:30 a.m.  in the Courtroom of the Shelby County Courthouse at 200 San Augustine Street, Center, Shelby  County, Texas to deliberate and consider action on the following items:

1. Approve and pay weekly expenses.

2.Public Comments on Agenda items.

3. Approve and adopt 2018-2019 Budget.

4. Approve and adopt 2018-2019 Tax Rate.

5. Open sealed bids for Janitorial services.

6. Discuss and take action to disburse Child Safety Fee funds.

7. Approve Inter-Local agreement with Texas Inter-local Purchasing Service.

8. Discuss and possibly adopt the TIPS Board Resolution to participate in the TIPS Purchasing Cooperative.   

9. Adjourn.
