The Jasper County Sheriff's Office has released the names of three men and a woman connected to the murder of a man Friday night. Tommy John Gill, 32, of Trinity; James Henry Lunsford, 23, of Jasper; and Charlie Jay Gill, 69, of El Campo, are charged with first-degree murder and are being held on a $1 million bond. Sarah Kay Lunsford, 19, of Jasper, is charged with misdemeanor A failure to report felony with death results. She is being held on a $5,000 bond. The victim is Ryan Dockens, 39, of Brookeland. Friday night, the sheriff's office received a fight in progress call in the northern part of Jasper County. Deputies arrived to a residence on CR 219 in Brookeland and found that the four suspects fled into a wooded area behind the residence. According to the report, Deputy John Cooper found a 39-year-old man face down on the porch with wounds to his head, face and upper torso. He was pronounced dead on scene.
