Kids are back in school so that means the 42nd Annual East Texas Poultry Festival, Sponsored by Farmers State Bank, is just around the corner, 43 days away to be exact.

 

The Poultry Festival will be held on October 4th, 5th and 6th.  It is going to be a FUN weekend.  New this year – Children’s Tent, Car Show and Rooster Breakfast.

 

Super Wednesday, September 26th starts off with the Fajita Lunch sponsored by East Texas Poultry and finishes with the Doo Dah Parade sponsored by Center Tire Company.

 

The Poultry Festival Queen will be crowned on September 29th at the Coronation sponsored by High Roller Wells.

 

The 5K Chicken Run and Fun Run, Sponsored by Cline’s Family Medicine and presented by 936 Crossfit will be held on Saturday morning, October 6th on the downtown square.
