Planning is underway for the 36th East Texas Poultry Festival on October 4-6 on the downtown Center square with co-chairmen Jim Sawyer and Hollie Adams and the steering committee. Arts and Crafts vendor applications are being accepted at the Shelby County Chamber office until Friday, August 31.
