A flash fire at a ConocoPhillips plant

A flash fire at a ConocoPhillips plant in Wyoming injured two San Augustine men Wednesday morning.  According to a press release from the company, the flash fire immediately extinguished itself around 8:30 a.m. during a planned maintenance operation at the company's Lost Cabin Gas Plant near Lysite, Wyoming.  Four contract employees, who work for Altair Strickland, were injured. According to Jeffrey Webber, president of Altair, two of the injured were Derrell Dwayne Bennett, 42, and Joey Lee Holloway, 47, both of San Augustine.  Holloway's injuries were less severe and he is being treated at a nearby hospital. The other three were taken by helicopter to a burn unit in Colorado.  According to company officials, they are working on getting their families there to see them.
