The rain rate at 11:00 PM last evening hit 5.14 inches per hour rain rate just over 1.23 inches in a 15 minute period. Winds just 16 mph from the North unlike some with much higher wind gusts.

Here in San Augustine my gauges reflect 1.46 inches total for the event.

 

North SA County 1.5 reports from Geoff Reeder and Norman Neal.

 

Mid SA County at Swanson Hill - 1.82 yesterday and another .19 this morning for a 2.01 total for the storm.

 

South County - Waldo Dalchau in Tall Timbers area reported 1.90 inches 

 

Broaddus area - No report. weather station seems to be down

 

Have not heard of damage so far for the county or electrical outages or flooding.
