Officials with the National Forests and Grasslands in Texas, Sabine National Forest, have advised a prescribed burn located in Compartments 29/34/35,  2197  acres (Block A/B/C/&D)  in Shelby County.  This area is located near Dreka, off of FM Highways 139 & 3184.  Please use caution and turn your lights on.

Winds will be South  at 7 mph gusting to 14 mph.

 

 

 

Ignition time of 1000 and completion estimated at 1730 with helicopter assistant.
