A line of strong to severe thunderstorms will begin to move into Southeast Oklahoma and Extreme Northeast Texas during the late afternoon and early evening hours. These storms will move into Deep East Texas, northwest Louisiana, and much of southwest Arkansas by later in the evening, and across remaining portions of northern Louisiana after midnight. The affected areas are shown in the graphic below. These storms will be diminishing across North Central Louisiana after daybreak on Monday morning.  

 

Strong to damaging wind gusts will be the main threat with these storms. Although tornadoes and large hail remain a possibility, both of these appear to remain as much lower threats.
