Mathew Williams is being transferred to the San Augustine County jail from the Sabine County jail. He was originally arrested by the Hemphill City Police for killing a high school student while drunk driving and booked in the San Augustine County jail due to injuries he received in the crash he was transferred out of county to a larger facility that could properly treat his injuries.  He is now being returned to the San Augustine County jail.
