Sheriff Rodney Arbuckle, with a heavy heart, can confirm that one of his employees, part of the DeSoto Parish Sheriff's Office family, has passed away this morning following a motorcycle/automobile accident. The deputy, Christopher Sharply, was on his way to work when the accident occurred.
Sheriff Arbuckle and the entire DeSoto Parish Sheriff's Office would ask the
public to help us remember Chris and his family during this tragic time. Please send prayers for Chris' family members and we ask that everyone respect their privacy during this time.
