Notice is hereby given that a Special meeting of the Governing body of the Shelby County Commissioners’ Court will be held on the 26th day of September, 2016 at 9:30 a.m. in the Courtroom of the Shelby County Courthouse at 200 San Augustine Street, Center, Shelby County, Texas to deliberate and consider action on the following items:

 

 

 

1. Approve and pay monthly expenses.

 

2. Public Comments on Agenda items.

 

3. Approve two new polling places: 1 South East to Pineywoods Family Outreach Center and Precinct 3 to Campti Pentecostal Church.

 

4. Take action to disperse Child Safety Fee Funds.

 

5. Consider proposals submitted for 2017-2018 Community Development Fund administration services.

 

6. Consider proposals submitted for 2017-2018 Community Development Fund engineering services.
