Pre-K Newsletter – Attached is the Timpson Elementary School Pre-k newsletter submitted by Penny Ramsey.

 

TES Book Fair - The  Timpson Elementary School Book Fair was a great success. This is a fundraiser whose proceeds go to benefit the educational needs of TES students. This year the book fair brought in $4,043.59. Thank you to all the students and parents who bought books.  Also A special thank you for the volunteers that came and helped with the book fair. Thank you Mrs. Amber Battles, Mrs. Katy Timmons, Mrs. Nikki Ford, Mrs. Amy Messer, Mrs. Lindsey Campbell and Mrs. Misty Hudspeth and Mrs. Syreeta Robinson for your time and hard work on this project.

 

TES Grandparent Week - Timpson Elementary School honored the important role grandparents play in the life of children. Grandparents were invited to come eat lunch with their grandchildren. Both grandparents and their grandchildren enjoyed their time together. TES Principal Bubba Carrington expresses his appreciation to the cafeteria staff for their help in making this a successful event.  TES Ice Cream Social - Timpson Elementary School staff hosted an ice cream social for students and their parents. Parents picked up progress reports and conferenced with their children's teachers. Teachers then gave parents and students tickets to enjoy the ice cream social in the cafeteria. TES Principal Bubba Carrington expressed his and the staff's appreciation for attending this school event.

 

THS Family/Community Service Class Project - The Family and Community Services Class has been spreading Bear Pride by painting Bear Paws around the TISD campuses. Please see attached photo.

 

FCA T Shirt Sale -Attached is a order form with photo of t shirt that the Timpson High School Fellowship of Christian Athletes is selling. Orders must be turned in by Tuesday Sept. 20 so that t-shirts can be worn to See You At The Pole Sept. 28. Thank you for your support of this organization.
