TV Robery

 

On the 13th of August 2016, Deputy Lawrence was dispatched to a residence on 1970 North in reference to a burglary. A description was given of a vehicle that was observed occupied by two males, one of which was carrying a television from the residence and a direction of travel. The case was then turned over to Shelby County CID Investigator Michael Griffin.

 
After further investigation, the television was located and recovered and is now back with the rightful owner. Two suspects were identified as a Kevin Jacob Zamora, 25 y/o male of Timpson and a Curtis Lee Pugh Jr., 26 y/o male of Timpson.  Kevin Zamora was arrested in Timpson on Friday, September 2nd after two foot chases by the Shelby County Sheriff's Office with the assistance of the Texas Highway Patrol, Texas Parks and Wildlife, Timpson Police Department and the Constable of PCT 5 Robert Hairgrove. Zamora was arrested for Burglary of a Habitation, Felony 2, and two counts of Evading Arrest and/or Detention, Misdemeanor A. The Shelby County Sheriff’s Office would like to extend their appreciation for the assistance from the aforementioned agencies in apprehending Zamora.
 
Curtis (CJ) Pugh, Jr. is currently wanted for Burglary of a Habitation, Felony 2 and Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, a State Jail Felony.  Center Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward of up to $1,000 for information.
