The M.P. Baker Library will host *Remembering 9/11*with special speaker Dr.
Alex Korniyenko on Tuesday, September 6, 2016 in the Murphy-Payne Community
rooms of the library. Dr. Korniyenko is a cardiologist with Tyler
Cardiovascular Consultants. He is affiliated with six hospitals in the East
Texas area and visits Carthage regularly to see patients at the local ETMC
offices. Dr. Korniyenko began his medical career as an EMT with the New

account of the event that launched America’s war on terror.
