Recently Center Broad Casting Company sat down to interview Mr. Steve Windham. Mr. Windham Is a self made bussiness man and pilar of the community. He started his career in bussiness buy graduating from Panola college, then Stephen F. Austin University, with a bachelors in bussiness.  He started his first business the quicklube in Center in 1993 with a loan from the bank.  This would just be the begining of Mr. Windham's success as he has opened multiple bussiness over the years.  He now owns 14 business in total, which are 5 quick lubes, 4 carwashes, several manifacturing plants that make the cleaning chemicals for car warshes, and last but not least the new Chicken Express opening soon in Center, Texas.  When questioned why he would want to open a Chicken Express he said "I wanted to provide a good clean family restruant." The Chicken Express is scheduled to open in mid april, providing construsction goes according to plan. It's hours of opperation will be from 10 am- 10pm everyday. The restruant is going to employ 30 people and is already almost fully staffed.
