As a mark of respect for the victims of the senseless acts of violence

perpetrated on March 22, 2016 in Brussels, Belgium, the President has issued

a Presidential Proclamation that flags be flown at half-staff until sunset,

Saturday, March 26th.  If you have other flags such as the state flag flying

with the US Flag they are to also be lowered.  If you have a flag that

cannot be lowered a black cord or ribbon can be tied at the top to show

respect.
