Oasis Healthcare Partners is pleased to announce it has acquired local healthcare icon Holiday Nursing Center. Holiday is part of a three-facility addition to the Oasis Healthcare Partners portfolio, establishing them as a significant healthcare provider in North and East Texas. The new Administrator of Holiday Nursing Center is Marthen Lumingkewas who comes to Shelby County after many years experience in the Austin, Texas area. Marthen and his family look forward to moving to beautiful East Texas.  “We want to be involved in the community. We look forward to meeting people and raising our children here,” he said.

Long known for compassionate care and professionalism, Holiday Nursing Center will also be known for its modern, home-like atmosphere as it is soon to undergo a lovely facility transformation.
