DAVID MICHAEL FRANCIS – Obituary

Graveside service for Mr. David Michael Francis, 37, of Timpson, TX, will be held at 11:00 AM, Thursday, October 1, 2015, at Mt. Olive Cemetery, Timpson, TX, with Bro. Justin Coburn officiating.    Visitation for family and friends will be 5:00 – 7:00 PM, Wednesday, September 30, 2015 at Taylor Funeral Home.

Mr. Francis was born September 14, 1978, in Longview, TX, to David Anthony Francis and Nancy Murray Francis. He enjoyed all sports, especially baseball.  David was an avid baseball fan.  He loved the outdoors, spending time shopping, and found joy taking care of animals. 

He is survived by his father, David Anthony Francis and wife Beverly of Garrison, Texas;  mother, Nancy Murray Francis of Tyler, Texas; brother, Garret Francis of Austin, Texas; sister, Jessica Lauren Rakestraw of Tyler, Texas.

David was preceded in death by his grandparents, Horace and Johnnie Francis; and uncle, Horace “Scooter” Francis Jr.
