Stephen Ray Milam

 

Stephen Ray Milam, 66, of Joaquin, passed away Tuesday, September 22, 2015 at his residence.

 

His wishes were to be cremated and a memorial service will be held at a later time.

 

He was born October 21, 1948 in Brownwood, Texas to Melvin Ray and Eula Ray (Williams) Milam. He served in the Marine Corps.

 

He is preceded in death by his Father, Bill Milam.
