Kim Danette Ballenger

October 24, 1959-September 4, 2015

Kim Danette Ballenger, age 55, went to be with the Lord on September 4, 2015 at 2:30P.M. after a short illness.

Kim was born to Peggy and Darrell Ballenger Sr.. Her dad passed on 12-7-2001. Kim is survived by her mother Peggy Willoughby Ballenger, brothers Darrell Ballenger Jr. of College Station, TX and Danny Porter of Keller, TX, Nieces Lauren and Madison Ballenger of College Station, TX, aunt Patsy Williams of Millican, TX, aunt Shirley Willoughby of Center, TX, and many cousins and friends, along with soul-mate Lawrence Briones and her beloved dogs Roscoe, Taco, and Remmy.

Kim had just received her Masters degree in Nursing Education in May 2015, and was a oncology/neurology RN at Brackenridge Trauma Hospital since 2008 where she received two Daisy Awards from her patients for outstanding service.

A memorial service will be held at Callaway Jones funeral home in Bryan, TX.
