THS Junior Varsity Game - According to Timpson Athletic Director the junior varsity game against Harleton Thursday Sept. 3 will be played in Harleton at 5:30 p.m. (previously 6:00 on update)

TES Grandparents Week – The Timpson Elementary School Grandparent week has been changed to the week of September 14-18.  Grandparents are invited to join grandchildren for lunch.  The cost for a meal is $3.50 per person.  The schedule for Grandparent Week is as follows:

Mon. Sept. 14 – 4^th Grade 11:20 a.m. ; 5^th grade 11:08 a.m.

Tues. Sept. 15 – 3^rd grade 11:00 a.m.

Wed. Sept. 16 – 2^nd grade 11:30 a.m.

Thurs. Sept. 17 – 1^st grade 11:40 a.m.

Fri. Sept. 18 – Pre-K 12:00 p.m.; Kindergarten 12:10 p.m.

The TES invites all grandparents to join their grandchildren for lunch.  The staff values the positive impact grandparents have on our students and look forward to seeing you next week.

TISD School Meals – Timpson ISD serves free breakfast and lunch to all student through the Community Eligibility Program.  In order to continue offering free meals to all students, the district must continue to determine that it meets eligibility requirements.  This is determined by information parents fill in on a form entitled ”Income Survey for E-Rate 2015”.  This form was sent home to all students.  It is very important that parents fill this form out and send it back to the school district.  If you need another form, please contact your child’s building secretary and one will be sent to you.  Even if your child does not eat the school breakfast and lunch, we still need you to fill out this form.  In addition to free meals, information from this form also determines how much money the district receives from the government through various grants and rebates.  All information from the income survey is kept confidential.  Thank you for your help in filling out this survey.  It helps the school district fund many of its instructional programs and services, and meal programs. If you need assistance filling out the income survey please contact your children’s building secretary or principal.
