We (San Augustine) were fortunate the really heavy rain missed us last night as the bands moved to our north and west.  LOTS of streams, rivers and lakes are rising to the levels of 2 weeks ago.  Some are over topping and evacuations in downstream areas are being anticipated.

As you can see another band is moving toward the North East from Huntsville, Lufkin on over already drenched areas. This will just miss us with the heavy stuff, but we will see some rain and local flash flooding. Clearing later today. 

I will give another update after the NWS 10 am advisory.
