A large band of showers and thunderstorms from Lufkin to Toledo Bend...then northward through western Louisiana...northeast Texas...southeast Oklahoma and nearing southern Arkansas. These storms are moving to the north at 30 mph. Rainfall amounts are approaching over one inch an hour and these storms are repeatedly moving over the same areas. Dangerous lightning is possible with strong gusty winds as these storms continue over the area.
