Dana Elizabeth (Cole) Lightsey, 89, of Center, passed away Sunday, June 14, 2015 at East Texas Medical Center, Tyler, Texas.

 

Services will be 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 17, 2015 at First Baptist Church in Center with Bro. Carl Smith and Bro. Michael Hale officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday from 1:30 p.m. until service time at First Baptist Church. Graveside Service will be 10am Thursday, June 18, 2015 at Madisonville City Cemetery in Madisonville, Texas.

 

She was born August 12, 1925 in Mecca, Texas to Daniel Webster Cole and Annie Elizabeth (Lang) Cole. She and her family moved to Center in February 1957. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Center since 1957 where she was active in the choir. She worked for Dad & Lads in Center for many years.

 

She is preceded in death by her Parents, Dan & Annie Cole, Husband, John W. Lightsey, Sister, Blanche Fannin, Brothers, A.D. “Buck” Cole and Boyce Gene Cole & Son-in-law, Royce Alford.

 

She is survived by:
