The Shelby County Chamber of Commerce salutes the accomplishments of the talented teachers throughout the county’s school districts and will be hosting a Teacher Appreciation reception presented by Cline Family Medicine on Wednesday, May 20 at the Windham Civic Center.  

All Shelby County school districts choose one teacher from each of their campuses as the Teacher of the Year for that school.  Each campus teacher and their school is recognized at the reception. This is a time when gratitude and appreciation is expressed to all educators throughout the county.  At the reception the Shelby County Chamber of Commerce Education committee will announce the 2015 Shelby County Teacher of the Year for Elementary and Secondary schools.
