Grand jury indicts couple for death of daughter

A Shelby County Grand Jury indicted a Tenaha couple this week for the capital murder of their 6-month old daughter last month.

 

The indictment says 28-year old William Bryce Moore and 25-year old Angela Marie Moore intentionally or knowingly caused the death of Ariana Moore by striking her in the stomach.

 

The father of the child was arrested by Shelby County Sheriff’s Investigators Kevin Windham and DJ Dickerson and charged with capital murder on Feb. 19, the next day the mother was taken into custody on a charge of criminally negligent homicide.

 

They both remain in custody at the Shelby County Jail.

 

 

 

 

 

Among the 40 other indictments returned this week, Bret Wayne Anderson for criminally negligent homicide, state jail felony. The indictment alleges Anderson caused the death of Taylor Keith Keele by discharging a firearm, striking Keele in the chest in August 2014.
