Both parents of 6-month old Ariana Moore have been charged for their part in the death of their daughter last week.

The mother of the toddler, 25-year old Angela Marie Moore was arrested around 12:30 p.m. Friday and charged with Criminal Negligent Homicide.

Her bond was set by JP Pct. 1 Maxie Eaves at $50,000.

She and 28-year old William Bryce Moore, the father, remain in jail at this time.

He was charged with Capital Murder, and no bond per JP Pct. 2 Marla Denby, after being taken into custody last Thursday night.

Ariana Moore was pronounced dead at Center Emergency Department a week ago today, and according to Sheriff Willis Blackwell, it was during the investigation it was discovered that William Moore had inflicted injuries to his daughter, resulting in her death at their residence on County Road 4356 near Tenaha.

The child was laid to rest last Saturday.
