Our Record temperatures are producing an early pollen season

The unusually warm spring like weather has trees and other plants blooming much earlier than normal, which could mean a long and intense allergy season which we are already seeing here in San Augustine.

According to the NWS, the snow/ice has moved more to the East.  We will get rain and some very cold temperatures beginning on Monday and continuing in to Tuesday and freezing during the evening hours is expected.
