Watson & Sons Funeral Home announces service for 83-year old Tommy Jay Lilly of Joaquin. He passed away Friday in Shreveport. Service will be at 11 a.m. today at Watson & Sons Chapel, with interment at Jackson Cemetery in Joaquin. Among Tommy Jay Lilly’s survivors are his wife, Tillie Hamilton Lilly of Joaquin; daughter, Lisa & Doug Hedges of Shreveport; and son, Stephen Jay & Misty Lilly of Joaquin. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Jackson Cemetery Association or the charity of your choice.

 

Garrison Funeral Home was in charge of service Sunday for 85-year old Earline Allen of Garrison. She passed away Thursday in Nacogdoches. Service was held at Garrison Funeral Home with interment at Bethel Cemetery in Appleby. Among Earline Allen’s survivors are sons, Thurman Jacobs and Tom Jacobs, both of Lufkin; and daughter, Sandra Luman of Etoile. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, Washington, D.C.

 

Wyman Roberts Funeral Home in San Augustine announces service for 81-year old Anna Sue Robinson of Beaumont, a native of San Augustine. She passed away Friday in Beaumont. Service will be at 11 a.m. this morning at Macune Baptist Church, with interment in the Macune Cemetery. Visitation will be at 10 a.m. this morning at the church.

 

Wyman Roberts Funeral Home announces service for 84-year old Mrs. Celia Anderson of San Augustine. She passed away Saturday in San Augustine. Service will be at 2 p.m. this afternoon in the Wyman Roberts Memorial Chapel, with interment in the Liberty Hill Memorial Garden in San Augustine. Among Celia Anderson’s survivors is her husband, Derl Anderson of San Augustine; daughter, Brenda & Roger Johnson of Mt. Enterprise; sons, Michael & Debbie Anderson of Brookeland and Randal & Jennie Anderson of Richmond.

 

Wyman Roberts Funeral Home in San Augustine announces a memorial service for 72-year old Woodrow “Woody” Wayne Harrison of San Augustine. He was cremated and a memorial service will be held Saturday, Dec. 27 at 12:30 p.m. at Wyman Roberts Chapel.

 

Community Funeral Home of Timpson was in charge of service Saturday for 79-year old Rev. Bobby Strange of Nacogdoches. He passed away Dec. 16 at Nacogdoches Memorial Hospital. Service was held at Antioch Baptist Church in Timpson, with interment at Antioch Cemetery. Among Rev. Bobby Strange’s survivors are sons, Fredric & Rhonda Strange of Nacogdoches and Walter & Aretha Strange of Seattle, Washington; and step-son, Rodney Ingram of Dallas.

 

Hicks Mortuary of Center announces graveside service for 77-year old Johnnie J. Goodwin of Center. Service will be at 12 noon Tuesday in Westview Cemetery. Visitation will be from 12noon to 6 p.m. today at Hicks Mortuary Chapel. Among Johnnie J. Goodwin’s survivors are his wife, Helen Joyce Goodwin of Center; son, Lester Paul Mann of Center; brother, MacArthur Goodwin of Marshall; sisters, Eddie Ruth Goodwin and Ola Mae Gardner, both of Center, Bredag Mae Cartwright of Dallas and Ella Rene & Glen Suell of Oregon.
