Second Arkansas man arrested in cattle theft linked to Panola County

We told you an Arkansas man was arrested in Panola County recently suspected of cattle theft after a seven-hour manhunt.

 

The Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association is now reporting a second Arkansas man has been taken into custody as a suspect in the theft of approximately 70 head of cattle in Texas and Arkansas.

 

The suspect is 37-year old Levi Boyd of Camden, Ark. He was transported to Panola County facing charges of theft of livestock and theft of property.

 

Boyd’s arrest is directly connected to the arrest of 25-year old Bradley Wayne Guthrey of North Little Rock. He was arrested Dec. 9 after the manhunt and remains in the Panola County Jail.
