If you have medical records at the old Shelby Regional Medical Center that need to picked up, be aware they will close at 2 p.m. Friday, Dec. 19 and will reopen on Monday, Jan. 5 at 8 a.m. in Dr. Hooker's former offices.

Starting Jan. 12, new hours will be Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

March 13, 2015 will be the absolute last day for records to be claimed. After that date, all records will be shredded.
