Four Arrested in Timpson area thefts & burglaries

Several thefts and burglaries at multiple locations in the Timpson area were cleared with the arrest of four suspects within the past week.
 
Shelby County Sheriff Willis Blackwell reported Wednesday that some $50,000 of stolen property was recovered during the investigation.
 
Sheriff's Dept. Investigators Kevin Windham, DJ Dickerson and Christopher King, along with Constable Pct. 5 Stanley Burgay were involved in the investigation.
 
The sheriff added a majority of the stolen property was recovered on the Rose Hill Road in Timpson, and said he expects more items to be found.
 
Arrested were three Timpson men, including 51-year old Larry Bruce Hendricks, Jr., 17-year old Derek Wayne Hendricks, and 26-year old Charles Seth Alexander, and 23-year old Larry Gene Barrett, Jr. of Lufkin.
 
The Shelby County Sheriff's Office says due to the large number of items that have been stolen, if anyone has purchased any kind property from these individuals it may be stolen. You're asked to contact the sheriff's office at 936-598-5600 immediately.
 
No CHARGES will be filed on any person for returning stolen property pertaining to this case in a timely manner.
