THS Students Complete Technical Classes - Timpson High School counselor Mrs. Charlotte Metcalf is pleased to state that THS has two students who have successfully completed the semester in technical courses taught by Panola College.  Junior student, Isaiah Molly has enjoyed welding and plans on continuing his education in the spring and next school year.  If he continues at this remarkable rate, it will be possible for him to obtain his associates degree by his graduation date of May 2016.  Deon Woods has completed the CNA class and will take his state exam in January.  He has been inspired by this class to major in nursing after graduation. The tuition for these classes was paid for by TISD.  THS is grateful the opportunities provided to our students.  Next semester, there will be up to 8 students enrolled in the CNA class and at least one more student taking a welding class.
