Fuel prices continue to experience good declines in the past week.

According to gasbuddy.com, the average price for a gallon of regular gas in Texas is averaging $2.40 a gallon, that's down a dime in the past week.

In Louisiana, a gallon’s averaging $2.46, down eight cents in a week.

Nationally, the average is $2.63, which is a dime less than last week and 52 cents less from the same time a year ago.

Here at home, checking prices this morning in Center, the lowest we found was $2.45 at Wal-Mart, down four cents in the past week.
