As we come upon the end of the year there are several City of Center employees that will be celebrating employment anniversaries.

With one year: Meagan Wright at the police department, Linda Thornton at the water plant, Charles Mathews in the water department and Councilman Howell Howard.

With five years: Michelle Ashworth and David Haley at Center PD, and Lucas Cougler in the street department.

With 10 years, Ricky King at Center PD.

City of Center employees with 15 years’ service, Michael Boyd at city hall, Arlon Sanford in the street department and George Reynolds at the water plant.

With 20 years, Debbie Runnels at city hall, John Holt in public works, Fire Chief Keith Byndom and Councilman Jim Forbes.

With 25 years, Glynn Johnson with the fire department.
