The four new members of the Center ISD Board of Trustees will receive the oath of office at the regular monthly meeting at 6 p.m. Friday night.

James Greer, Traci Willoughby, Daphne LaRock and John Henry Holloway will all take their positions.

The meeting is usually held on Thursday, but is being held a day later than normal.

The board will also reorganize with the election of officers.

Among the agenda items for discussion and possible action will be a timeline for Accelerated Instruction Waiver; awarding proposal for school vehicles and scheduling of required board member training.

As always, the meetings are open to the public.
