The Center City Council will have a regular meeting at 5 p.m. this afternoon, and among the agenda items for discussion and possible action will be an ordinance amending the Industrial Sewer Discharge Ordinance; accepting the Texas Department of Agriculture Texas Capital Fund Downtown Revitalization Program Grant; and a street closure for a parade from the square to St. Therese Catholic Church on Dec. 12.

The council is also expected to make appointments to the Center Housing Authority Board, and a Center Police Reserve Officer; and call a special called meeting on Nov. 17 to canvass election results from Nov. 4.
