Early voting continues for another week, weekend opportunities also available

Early voting continues for another week, until next Friday, Oct. 31.

 

In Shelby County, all county, city of Center and Center ISD elections vote early at the county clerk’s office on the Center square.

 

You can cast your ballot today from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., also Saturday, Oct. 25 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., and Sunday, Oct. 26, from noon to 4 p.m.

 

There will be another extended hour voting time next Monday, Oct. 27 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and then the final four days, Oct. 28-31 from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

 

 

Early voting for all elections in San Augustine County is taking place at Election Administrator Deborah Woods' office, and at the Broaddus Community Center.

 

Hours are 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. today at the elections office, and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in Broaddus.

 

Weekend hours will be Saturday, Oct. 25 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Sunday, Oct. 26 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at both locations.

 

Regular hours will be observed next week. Remember, you must have a valid photo ID in order to vote.
