Mangum Funeral Home announces service for 65-year old Lee Elma Jenkins of Center. She passed away Sunday at University Health in Shreveport. Service will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Triumph Kingdom of God in Christ Church in Center. The wake will be from 3 to 6 p.m. Thursday at Mangum Funeral Home. Among Lee Elma Jenkins’ survivors is her mother, Blue Bell Jenkins of Center; husband, Jackie Pitts of Center; children Lavetha Jenkins Scott & husband, Bobby of Huntsville, Lisa Jenkins McNealy & husband, Joe of Dallas, LaDonna Jenkins Bailey & husband Chadwick of Houston and LaDerrica Pitts Williams and husband, Gary of Tyler; and half-sister, Joyce Ann Cartwright of Shelbyville.

 

Garner & Son Mortuary of San Augustine announces service for 80-year old Artis “Shedro” Jackson of Shelbyville. He passed away Sunday at CHI St. Luke’s in San Augustine. Service will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Mt. Horeb Baptist Church with interment at Thompson Cemetery. Visitation will be from 12:30 to 6:30 p.m. Thursday at Garner & Son Mortuary. Among Artis “Shedro” Jackson’s survivors is a son, Johnny Ervin Jackson of Center; daughters, Reta Ann & Donald Hale and Shonda & Michael Greer, all of Center, and Shirley Jackson of San Augustine; sisters, Dora Jones of the Bland Lake Community, Margureite King of Shelbyville and Lena Jones of Houston.

 

Community Funeral Home of Center announces pending service for 80-year old Mrs. Ollie B. Harrison of Tulsa, OK, formerly of Center. She passed away Friday in Tulsa.

 

Taylor Funeral Home in Timpson announces a memorial service for 83-year old Mrs. Bobbie Anderson Brinson of Timpson. She passed away Saturday in Nacogdoches. A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday at Taylor Funeral Home Chapel. A time of visitation will begin at 6:30 p.m. preceding the service. Among Bobbie Anderson Brinson's survivors is a son, Frank Brinson of Timpson; daughters, Pam Franklin and husband, Larry of Timpson and Cynthia Brinson and partner Carol Brinson of Timpson; brother, C.E. "Sonny" Anderson and wife, Janice of Longview; sisters, Nell Seelbach of Nacogdoches, Glenda Golemon and husband Dan of Dallas, Marjory Gregory of Arlington, and Ann Davis and husband Bob of Long Branch.

 

Wyman Roberts Funeral Home of San Augustine announces service for 65-year old Bryan Lawrence Bragg of Broaddus. He passed away Sunday at his residence. Service will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Trinity Baptist Church in Broaddus, with interment at Broaddus Cemetery. Among Bryan Lawrence Bragg’s survivors is his mother, Lois Bragg; father, Richard Bragg; brother, Richard Bragg of Lockhart; sisters, Vida Mendoza of Broaddus and Rhonda & William Lozenby of College Station.

 

Wyman Roberts Funeral Home of San Augustine announces service for 61-year old Lynn Renfroe of San Augustine, who passed away Friday in Houston. Service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Wyman Roberts Chapel. Among Lynn Renfroe’s survivors is daughters, Christy & Price Prudo of The Woodlands and Ashley Adams of Houston; mother, Dovie Renfroe of San Augustine; and sister, Wanda Echols of Georgetown.
